Saying that I already talk to their allotted amount of people that I was able to talk to before having to pay. I’ve never used this before and never talk to a single person. when I went to the help section I was greeted with a message that said that no one would be available to help me for three days. So I left a message, explaining my issue, and then received an email saying that my account was suspended. There was a link to verify the account but once I clicked it, it asked me to fill in information for UK company owners. I don’t live in the UK. I don’t even live in Europe. I’m in the United States and I wasted so much time answering all the questions on this app and sending a message to the help center for absolutely nothing. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.5 rating.
