They will keep mailing me randomly requesting “Please upload the document for policy changes” without mentioning what document. I will have to call PB and then come to know that it is nothing to worry about. I uploaded the document thrice on their app and even WhatsApped them but still today one of my documents got rejected. Why? Because PB’s representative uploaded PAN card as age proof, despite already having my Aadhar card. 2. The medical exam. Till date my medical has not been scheduled and that’s fine with me as long as I don not receive random calls stating that we are scheduling your medical for tomorrow, please be available. Only to realise that this tomorrow passes away soon and I have wasted one of my holidays waiting for the medical guy. Whenever I call them for anything they are like ‘We are working on your medical’. I don’t know how will you help my family get a claim of my term insurance if you cannot help me buy one. Believe me this is not a fake review, I do have a policy pending with you for this buying. And I also wanted to buy health insurance for me, my sisters and my parents. But rest assured I’ll never buy these 5 policies from you.
