Nearly a month later, the transaction is still stuck in limbo.\n\nI followed EquatePlus’s own guidance and waited the full 20 business days before reaching out. When I finally called, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling me to wait another 3–4 business days for an “investigation.” Worse, they implied the issue was on my end, despite my broker confirming that EquatePlus hasn’t sent anything.\n\nI am not alone in this experience—many of my colleagues are also struggling with delayed stock transfers, facing the same lack of accountability and transparency. EquatePlus is effectively restricting our ability to sell or manage our shares when it’s most financially advantageous, taking away the very rights and freedom we should have over our own assets.\n\nThis company is clearly ill-equipped to handle basic transactions, leaving customers frustrated and powerless.
