I gave the default workout and only got to 19 minutes before 90% incline killed me, and I am not sure how one gets 45 reps at 100% resistance...I stopped the ride.   I did pay for the 6 month subscription to enable me to download workouts others have made.   I am also going to create my own workouts with a audio mix I am creating on Pandora Radio.   I would have given 5 stars had the app not shut my music off when I was doing the workout because the audio took over sound and music pulsed.   Also, it would be nice to see what others workouts are, a preview of the entire workout.   Oh, and I can’t forget, it would be nice if at like 5-10 seconds left of the current set the app displayed the upcoming workout so I can prepare and be ready...like they do during a class.
