If I start to think something I almost immediately get a notification that either validates what I was thinking, clarifies things, or gives me advice for the future. I almost always wake up to some notification that their applied to something I went through the day before or will pertain to something I will face that day. Several times I have woken up a little confused because I don’t know the what the notification is pertaining but as the day goes on I end up realizing it and what it related to. But the crappy thing is you can’t ever see the notification you received again if you have swiped it off your lock screen. I tend to screenshot them but then they just get lost in my photos. But I wish there was a way to click on the app and be able to see what notifications have been sent to you in the past 24hours.
