To sign in, I gotta take a screenshot zoom in on the screenshot to make sure the cursor is in the right field to start typing sign in info, tap the icon to show password so I can see what letters are being typed , take another screenshot to zoom in on to make sure cursor is ready to type in password field, type password, take another screenshot to zoom in on to make sure password is typed correctly, and then I can sign in to get met with more bright whiteness that I simply can NOT see anything on. So it’s more screenshots to zoom in on for literally every single piece of info this app is trying to show me. Had an emergency situation with my son at college, and the app could not find a nearby urgent care center, got the orthopedic physicians incorrect, actually sending us to an OB/GYN, and also sent us physicians in two different states but not the state we’re actually in!  Oh, and there are In-Network physicians 8 miles away from my son!  How can anyone at this company think this is OK? Also, their member services person said they’ve heard this quite a bit. I also see some of these same types of comments in the reviews. Fix the app, you are a multi billion dollar company, actually care for your customers,
