I’d like to see maybe Touch ID or a passcode instead of typing out my password every time. If I want to reload funds, I don’t like being asked for the 3 digits on the back of the funding card every single time. It just feels like a very elementary app and it’s not the fastest. I think some updating would be useful because it has good potential. It&#39;s Earth Day, Sunday and my teens BD. \n\nNFCU changed their site login since my last visit. I use Roboform on my iPad and today it won&#39;t let me enter login credentials. I suppose it thinks the Robo browser is a hack. So tried on regular iPad Safari browser. Twice said my last 4 SSN is incorrect which is impossible as I typed correctly. \n\nFearing a lock out I tried getting the mobile BUXX app. Initially had tried from Roboform browser but couldn&#39;t so that is another reason I tried from Safari. Had also tried searching Apple Store under Navy Federal Prepaid and Navy Federal Buxx. Nothing popped up. Anyway, tried from Safari. Another convoluted 5 page load until it finally opened the Buxx app in Apple Store. \n\nSo now, I am thinking I am nearly there. WRONG AGAIN! The BUXX app is saying my user name is incorrect. It&#39;s the same one that was accepted in the Roboform Browser and the Safari browser on my iPad. I tried direct type and I tried a copy/paste. No luck. \n\nHeaded over to computer and all was successful on Roboform computer login. While the NFCU is a full feature, solid preformer and replaces need for my computer, this NFCU BUXX app is a total failure. When you go to login the board covers half of the screen so you can’t type. When I do finally manage to bypass that issue, it makes me give my LOGIN AND PASSWORD and then my ENTIRE CARD NUMBER. So it’s basically useless as a mobile app when I’m on the go to check a balance or add funds. Once I add all that information it asks me to reset my whole account, seriously a new LOGIN AND PASSWORD to get my information. You’re  better off just calling a rep, which is a hassle, takes up their time and defeats the purpose because now a trained associate is busy transferring 25 dollars to a  Buxx card. They are always great and nice, but I’m sure they have way more important things to do and are bored with these
