The biggest issue I have now is repetitive simple exercises like wrist rotations in a 12 minute workout. It doesn’t t seem as if the app understands where we are in the overall process. 3-4 sets of wrist rotations in 12 min after 3 months of daily exercise is questionable. I’m having to fuss with settings to find a challenge. I do believe the benefit it subtle and having a stretching routine over a prolonged period is good. I’m looking for a replacement now but until I find something better I enjoy my 12-15 min workouts mostly. Even though they are actually 15% longer than that 😉 For the money the longer you use it the more value you
