My biggest complaint - there’s no way to get refunds back when Flashloop doesn’t perform the exact instructions generated by carefully written prompts and it’s very frustrating and I’m very upset. \n\nHuge disappointment that text generated inside this app is not in English! It’s in some made up or foreign language. That’s a huge, critical failure. Even if I give the app English instructions, any output in writing results in total gibberish on the screen. I have been so SO frustrated by this. THIS SEEMS REALLY BASIC IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP.\n\nIt also will block you from creating any content it thinks is aimed at children or includes children. I wanted to create something just for my daughter, so this is extremely annoying and upsetting.\n\nThe video transitions are choppy. Even on videos where I used my actual photos to generate, the app still continues to fail. When trying to send a message to customer support those emails fail to be sent as well which now has me regretting the money I spent on this
