I also cannot cancel the order as there is no option to do so (until 2 hours before collection time) as my fear is when I reach the store, I will not be able to collect as the item is unpaid. Tried contacting support however they did not provide a proper solution to the problem.\n\nAnother instance, I placed an order with Vida Tygervalley, arrived and staff were not very helpful at first. They said the order was cancelled but I did not receive an email or sms or push notification.
