■有効期間と自動更新について
・エターナルパスの有効期間は、購入後1ヶ月間で自動的に更新されます。
※1ヶ月とは、購入の翌月同日同時刻までを指します。
例：1月1日1:00に購入した場合、2月1日0:59まで有効です。
※翌月同日がない場合、翌月中で最も近い日までが有効期間となります。
例：3月31日1:00に購入した場合、4月30日0:59まで有効です。
※月が切り替わる前後など、購入・更新したタイミングによっては、プラットフォーム側での反映タイミングがずれて、有効期間が数日前後する場合がございます。
・エターナルパスを解約したい場合は、自動更新の3日(72時間)前までに解約してください。
※3日(72時間)前を過ぎると、プラットフォーム側での反映タイミングがずれて、意図したタイミングで解約が行えない場合があります。
・有効期間中に解約した場合でも、有効期間が終了するまではエターナルパスのサービスを受けられます。
例：1月1日1:00に購入し、有効期間中の1月2日に解約した場合でも2月1日0:59までサービスを受けられます。
■解約方法について
サブスクリプションの解約は、下記の手順で行えます。
1. [設定]からご自身のユーザー名を選択します。
2. [サブスクリプション]を選択します。
3. [SDガンダム ジージェネレーション エターナル]のサブスクリプションを選択します。
4. [サブスクリプションをキャンセルする]を選択すると、解約できます。
※アプリを削除したり、ゲームデータ(アカウント)を削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。ご注意ください。
※手順についておわかりにならない場合は、ご利用のプラットフォームにお問い合わせください。
■その他
・サブスクリプションは、購入した時点で利用しているゲームデータに対して有効になります。
