Complete freedom across military actions and expositions to conquer other planets in real time. Fish labs does an outstanding job with this. So please don't quit. Don't stop what you are doing. Don't cut off the game. I'm going to re download this game and anticipate another update. You guys are great. You have something really good going for yourselves here. Don't stop. Keep going. Continue to be what the fans know you can be. And don't make me feel like I'm wasting my time on this review. I appreciate all the hard work you guys have put into this game. There is nothing else that exists like it. Played GOF-2 and was stunned by how beautiful the graphics were for a mobile game. GOF-Alliances was a whole different experience, but in a good way. I love the idea of having control over military forces while owning territory that can get taken right from your hands in an instant. It’s not like repetitive games like clash of clans, where there is never really “War”. In GOFA you can do anything you want, and wars ACTUALLY matter because you can lose everything (except the home system of course).\nI am sad to see that recently players have been leaving and inactivity is becoming more and more apparent. I was hoping updates would roll in bringing back old players and drawing in new ones. \n\nMost importantly, I am very disappointed to see that you guys are shutting it down for good. I’m guessing it’s money purposes, but please, please do remake this game. Or have a change of heart and let it stay. The least you can do is respond to this review and tell us all why it’s happening. But I do thank you for such an amazing game. This game is really dead. Hardly anyone plays and most everyone is inactive making the game boring. Moving your stuff between planets takes a really long time, hours to days or more. You have to have at least 10-15 planets or more and keep them built up and defended if you want to be able to compete with the few people that do play. Also there is very little actual strategy. Just having better ships troops and numbers than the other guy and that's it. You can't do anything clever to counter someone who spends more money or has bigger fleets. \n\nA huge negative is they won't let you change your name after you choose it even though you have a unique identifier number.  There is no reason for not allowing this and this is a fun part of many other games even if you have to pay for it. It's the main reason I stopped playing. \n\nA great aspect of the game is the home planet system. It gives you 3 planets as a home base you can retreat to in order to protect your assets or rebuild and no one can attack you there. It's also nice that you can capture other player's planets and keep the built infrastructure.
