I’m not able to receive an OTP to verify my number. I’ve been to the nearest customer care center on two occasions but they couldn’t help. They escalated the issue and someone called me from MTN and took me through the same process I was taken through when I went to the customer care center (delete and reinstall). I’ve done this three times but still can’t receive the OTP. What exactly is the problem that customers keep experiencing. I spoke to another person and he said same.
