The app doesn’t allow me to connect to the cameras from my phone which doesn’t allow me to view the cameras away from home, this is very INCONVENIENT. I purchased these cameras so that I’m able to view from my phone away from home. My wife however has downloaded the app and connected to the cameras just fine. I used the same password she created and the same exact steps she took, and still no connection. But wait it gets even worse, I tried contacting customer support multiple times and stood on hold for over an hour, on every occasion, and stood another hour trying to understand what the rep was trying to do, which was a complete waste of time. I’ve literally spend my entire evenings coming home from work to sit infront of a phone and monitor waiting for someone to answer and when they do, they can’t even help me or give me solution!!!!!!!
