Every day I sm calling and the staff tells me to call back on the 31st because the Doctors schedules are not available, not online and not if you call the appointment help line. So unprofessional for such a prominent medical facility. Frustrating for your clients and unproductive for your doctors, who may no have any client appointments on the first few days of each months as a result of this delay. At least 7 days in advance should be acceptable &amp; possible to upload the next month appointment schedules!!! That’s why I give this App only 3 stars.
