It was working perfectly fine until I came back here and was required to switch to STC Bank. Within the first few days, I was unable to create new accounts. In that timeframe, I contacted customer support and they were absolutely clueless! &#34;In due time it&#39;ll be fixed&#34;, that&#39;s the response I received every. single. time.\n\nI&#39;ve had my account blocked TWICE! The first time, I sent all necessary documents and they unblocked my account yet blocked it again after just a few days! They now refuse to properly process my account. I&#39;ve, again, contacted customer service multiple times but they are unable to provide any substantial assistance. \n\nI wouldn&#39;t recommend this bank to anyone. Perhaps, in the future it&#39;ll be better and all bugs will be solved but, as of right now, if you are to deposit your money; it&#39;ll just likely be locked. I urge all to be careful. \n\nAnd to STC Bank app developers: the features/UI of the new app are lovely a but the amount of bugs are ruining the experience for so many people! We can tolerate not having a sleeker, more functional design but bugs that interfere with the purpose of the app about be overlooked.
