While we were out of station, the agent repeatedly called for full KYC, even at night (10 PM) on a lady’s number. After scolding him, the calls stopped. Tried completing KYC via the app, but it asked for location access, which is missing in the app, even though location services work fine for other apps. I scheduled three agent visits for full KYC, but despite receiving messages confirming the visits, no agent has shown up or called. Customer care is a nightmare – chat sessions disconnect even if you switch apps for a few seconds. The new agent can’t see previous chat or transfer to the requested agent. When we asked to raise a complaint about the agent not visiting for KYC, they simply said &#39;yes&#39; but didn’t provide any complaint number for tracking. When we chatted again, the new agent said there was no existing complaint. Nightmare experience overall.
