{"game_intel_data":{},"featured_reviews":[{"content":"i came across this app through lemon 8, on a post that said, “must have apps for apple watch”. i thought how cool & informative this app is. i tried the trial for pro and was happy with it. decided to get pro for the yr. i have purchased the pro for $30 +tax (it’s on sale now but normally $40? i think). what really surprised me was — i was really stressed at work one day, mood off the charts, not managing to calm down and it informed me i was stressed and to take time to log how i was feeling, “at the moment”. also giving suggestions as to how to help manage my stress. this helped me by reeling me back into focus and remembering to take it easy. so far, the daily notifications for my stress levels has been correct. although, i don’t need to be reminded of every hr or so of how my stress levels are. especially if my stress levels are at bay. maybe because i’m new to the app, it’s collecting data for it to adjust to my stress, mood, HRV, etc. since i’m still new to the app, it will take some time for me as well, to ensure data and HRV calculations are as accurate as possible. i like this app so far, it hasn’t been a disappointment. plus the themes you can change to and the widgets for your apple watch is a great thing to check on your feelings/HRV when you glance at your apple watch. this is provided for the pro version only. the app is looking to implement more widgets and themes; i cannot wait. hopefully they also do more improvements on data collecting for statistics for their users. there are always things that can be improved. other than that, kudos to the app developer/s. i hope for good things in the future with this app.","version":"2.3.4","date":"2025-03-18T00:00:00Z","rating":5,"app_id":6444737095,"username":"misssvang","title":"my opinion on this app.","country":"US","tags":["feature_requests","game_progression","notifications","monetization","accessibility"],"review_id":12433894438},{"content":"I'm updating my review and adding a couple stars because I appreciate the Developer response and they shouldn't be faulted for Apple's horrible policies and refund review process. \n\nUpdated Review: Alerts don't happen in real time, which is what I specifically need this app for. The max frequency you can get (which requires configuration from default settings of 2-5 hours) is every 15 minutes. I appreciate caring Developer responses, and if real time monitoring is not needed, the app would be fine. More that watch faces don't work for all (though complications do work).\n\nOld Review: The data was consistently several hours behind. Alerts don't come in real time (even though I made sure my settings allowed for immediate notifications). I purchased this in order to get alerts in the moment so I could make adjustments in real time. After trying it for almost a day hoping it would catch up, I canceled and requested a refund. The request was denied, I appealed, and it was denied again. Normally I wouldn't purchase without a free trial but the reviews and ratings were so high I took a chance. I think a lot of those ratings must be friends and family. However, there are many ways to improve, like dark mode, analytics data history, and notifications directly from the app, not only Apple Watch. - When you've had just a bit too much to drink, we'll remind you that your HRV is low and you're stressed (because alcohol is a stresssor) - a gentle reminder to let up a bit on the cup, drink some water, and take care of your body.
- You can constantly monitor your HRV levels (and stress levels) from your Apple Watch by adding StressWatch to your Watch Face.
- Paired with proper exercise and adequate rest, monitor and analyze your weekly and monthly stress levels over prolonged periods of time; you'll realize that you're getting better as time goes on.
#Design Concept
We created StressWatch with the sole intention to help people to reduce anxiety in this age of stress and pressure. However, data and numbers do not have any meaning if the user is unable to interpret the data. (Not everyone is a rocket scientist!) So it got us thinking: how can we design a app that delivers numbers and data in a friendly manner that will help users to reduce stress and anxiety. Thus, we created the \"Mr.Fizz\", which is the foundation of our product design. The \"Mr.Fizz\" will change colors as the user's stress levels rise.

Subscription prices and terms
StressWatch can be downloaded for free. If you choose to upgrade to the StressWatch Pro version, you can unlock all paid features.
We offer two different purchase options: monthly, and annual auto-renewal.
For monthly or annual subscriptions: Once confirmed and paid, it will automatically renew through your Apple iTunes account. After successful payment, the subscription period will be extended. To cancel, please manually turn off the auto-renewal feature in iTunes/Apple ID settings management at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. During the trial period, if you do not cancel the subscription, it will automatically activate and charge at the end of the trial period. This service is at your discretion to cancel; if you choose not to cancel, the renewal service for the next billing cycle will be activated for you.
