Whoever worked on the interaction design is incapable. It feels worse than a web app. (Probably is as well) You are asked to put in all of your personal information and money before you can use it. Then when you try to buy something, you gotta buy a ridiculous amount of a stock (e.g. 1000 of Ripple, 10 of Square, etc.) No easy way to withdraw money. After chatting to support, turns out it takes 10 business days to receive your refund. Ridiculous.
