I’ve opened up numerous tickets, and after many days of waiting to weeks of resolution, it just keeps happening again and again. I’ve removed the app, changed my password, got IT involved and when they finally get it working, two weeks later it craps out again. The hardest part is there is no support at Xactly. You have to get your HR department involved then they have to figure out who to contact and by the time it’s figured out, you’re updating your resume for your next job. Their website is poor and not mobile enabled so I can’t access anything from my mobile device. Their app never works and when it does it’s crawling slow to load information. I really wish they would get it together. When it was working it was doable, but now I haven’t been able to log in from my mobile device in months!","version":"8.3","date":"2025-03-15T00:00:00Z","rating":1,"app_id":545540454,"username":"galos1","title":"It never works!","country":"US","tags":["performance_and_bugs","accessibility","login"],"review_id":12424455029},{"content":"As both a rep and manager of a lead qualification team, it was invaluable to me to see my commission earnings and attainment to goal in real time.
