I think this app would improve massively if it was designed similarly to how Revolut is. Revolut feels as smooth as going through social media, but still has all the necessary security measures. Simply sending money to someone is incrediblyyyy long, I have to check things multiple times when I already checked them moments ago. It’s just unnecessary. It tells me to register my device but when I get the pin sent to my mobile it doesn’t come through so I can’t register the phone and the phone it seems is now required to be able to log in via web browser. Whoever approved this new release should be sacked. Now I have to phone internationally to try to get this mess resolved. Very narrow minded to think that only people located in the UK or ROI are the only ones with BOI accounts.
