Not bad. I decided to send my best friend of 40 years this aa a surprise with her cat on the mug. Now this mug had several circles were this cats picture was to be. When I previewed it on the web site wit was so cute, but when she receives it, there was one circle with the cat, and all the other circles had different body parts, one has a tail, one has an ear etc. first of all, why would you even print something like that without asking if thatâs how it was supposed to be. So I called and talk to a customer service rep and asked her if they could redo it in line it up correctly. She told me that they could not replace that I said, though that was fine. Could you just send out a coffee mug with just a picture of the cat on it, she had to ask her supervisor Tonya who came back and they said that they could not print another coffee mug. So then I asked for a refund they would not refund my money now remember I only paid 9.99 for shipping. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said the customer service rep that they donât take calls they donât take calls of this nature so I told him that was fine and at this point which I order pictures from them every month 100 pictures cost me about 26 bucks. I told them cancel my account because I would never order from them again. I donât always take advantage of the free 85 prints a month, but I should. When I have, the quality is great and Iâve also had larger prints made to be framed. I also use the PhotoBooks app and recently made a book of our beloved family dog after he passed away. It will be a nice way to remember our little dog, Sam. I just recently used the PhotoTiles app and those turned out great too. For people who are concerned about a phone photo not turning out well, the app will give you a warning saying the resolution is not good and the photo may turn out blurry. I have skipped a few pictures to turn into photos. I should just try and print the photo anyway to see how it turns out. I get 85 a month, why not? Customer service is great too. When an order took longer to arrive than expected, they were right on it. It wasnât the companyâs fault. It was an issue between my local UPS and USPS as to when the shipment was transferred and delivered. My order arrived safe & sound after a few extra days. Give this app and the company a try.
