I’ve never ordered anything in the app just because I find it easier to order in person, but it is super easy to find some great choices in the theater, and it even gives you some combo options. I think that’s pretty cool, I love getting to see how many points I have left for my next reward, and how many points I have in total! Also I’m able to see my upcoming reservations. The app notifies me, when my screen is locked, about my movie pass (that I added to my wallet), letting me know show time is almost near and my pass is ready for when I arrive at the theater and I won’t have to hold the line to look for my pass. Super quick and easy to reserve the preferred movie of your choice, at your preferred time. The only problem I’ve had with the app, is that sometimes when reserving a seat, I get the image of A theater (that is supposed to look like the one the movie will be playing in) and I get the middle seat, for example, and then I get to the theater and instead of the entrance being on the left (how is showed on the image for the seats being shifted to the right side) the entrance is on the right (and the seats are shifted to the left side). So then I’m not in the “middle” as I wished but it’s still close enough. I tried to fix pretty quick. Nope. Then I was frustrated so went on a few days later. Nope. Then it said because I CANCELLED my membership I was blocked for 6 months. I never cancelled. I sent emails to support asking how to fix a few times. Tried to fix at the theater a couple times. Can’t. So the girl last week tired for 45 minutes to fix. Said i had a few accounts over 18 years. Yes. True. I had to make new ones after covid and when moved to Florida. But for 5 or 6 months before they blocked me i used 1 acct. so the young lady who took all that time to help could do nothing but delete 2 accounts and told me only to use the one she left. Lost all my data of movies and dates that I went to see them, which I love, and my reward points. Etc etc. to top it off, she said well I can’t think of a way to get you back to A list so you’ll have to hold out til June and pay reg price for movies. Which I’ve been paying since January. She couldn’t even fix it and customer support has only responded with ..go to website and… or go to theater and talk to a person. \nWHY you may ask don’t you go to a different theater. 1 I have. 2 AMC is 5 minutes from my house. 3 I’ve been using AMC for 18 years. I visited last night and it was only moderately busy but everywhere you looked, there was popcorn on the ground. There is a particular sandwich at the dine in there that I love, the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, but lately they never have it available. The first few times I had the sandwich, it was perfect, and it comes with a side of chipotle mayonnaise, as stated on the menu. In the last year or so, they never bring a side of the mayonnaise and if you ask for it, they will tell you that they are out of it.\nWe ate at the dine in last night. Of course they were out of the sandwich I wanted so my daughter, granddaughter, and I ordered our food and went into the theater. My granddaughter’s seat was worn and the cover was peeling on her seat. The heater on my seat didn’t work which is pretty much normal now. They brought my granddaughters food, and even though she had asked for a plain cheeseburger, it came with everything. I walked the cheeseburger back out front and they said that they would replace it. They brought her cheeseburger back and it was correct but we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks to show up. My daughter never got a bottle of water she ordered. I understand that sometimes when it’s really busy, things like this would happen, but as I said, it wasn’t really busy last night. I’m hoping that things will soon get back to normal at this theater since it is the closest theater to where I
