All in all, this is the perfect app for people who don’t have the time or luxury of scheduling and upholding face to face meetings or standing around in long lines waiting to see a CPA. \n\nOh, also worth mentioning is that they offer all of the same benefits that you’d get filing in office. You can purchase identity theft/fraud protection as well as audit protection. Both of these options can be added independently or as a combination for a small (and extremely fair) fee. I’ve always found it easy to use and faster than doing it by hand, which I always do before I even open the app because even though I’ve never had a problem with H&R Block before, I still don’t totally trust them. It’s just a double or triple check thing, and so far, thank goodness, I haven’t had any issues. Guess all good things must come to an end...\n\nThis year I have had the absolute worst experience. Almost every topic sends me back to the beginning of filing, proceeding to the next question in the topic constantly gives an error message and then sends me back to the beginning again. I dealt with it for a while during this session, but then when it told me I needed to upgrade to the Deluxe version to continue, that’s when I became totally fed up and signed onto the regular website. Unfortunately that was no better. They both had the same error messages and same glitches. This is ridiculous to say the least! And to top it all off, I can’t even get any support from the app or the regular website because it keeps saying there’s been a problem and to try again. Then you want to charge me sixty bucks to keep sending me back to the beginning every five seconds? You need to either lower your prices or fix the glitches in your app!\n\nI have been a loyal paying customer for several years and this is how I get treated? You all need to re-evaluate your whole system.
