It’s taken me a recharge of my prepaid plan and two data add ons and I still can’t get online unless I’m on wifi. I’ve used most of my data trying to get online, trying to check the app for my balance, can’t even see it because every time I log in, the app freezes and I have to do a force shut down of it and attempt o log in. I believe I’m at my 11th attempt now in the last hour alone. I’ve been trying since lunch time yesterday… it’s now 1:30 and I am no better off. Deadset this is mind numbing torture. I can set up my account - awesome - still can’t see my balance and why I still have no data. \nThe one thing I am grateful for, is that you’ve moved away from the useless process of logging into the app on your phone, and the app sends you a text message to your phone to then follow the link to log back in to the app where funnily enough was right back to where you originally were in the first place.\n\nHonestly I’ve wasted money recharging 3 times - more than likely soon to be 4th and several hours more than what I should have trying to get in. Ohh and you can’t ring your team for help, because no one answers the phone either. Look I get there are teething issues when performing major updates but unless it’s ready for atleast the bare minimum of a soft launch. Don’t launch it at all. It’s not user friendly when paying your bill. Hasn’t let you save your credit details and still it gives you outline of conditions of using the app while terms of use keeps on changing and if you don’t agree with them tracking you and don’t care about your privacy with third parties conditions you can’t use the app. Also they are starting to act like a collection agency to their on time paying customers who pays their bills on time by sending them a reminder on the actual day of the bill, to pay your bill or you’ll be charged a late fee of $15. No Australian businesses have ever been so rude! I’ve been with Vodafone since day one. But if they treat their loyal customers like this I’m changing once my contract has ended. Whoever is the billing manager who thought like they should treat their customers so rudely needs to be fired as they are a big liability to the company! Customs Relation Manager should step in. Uncle Scrooge is in the house and bringing out the whip to threaten customers to pay bills on time!! It makes you think why the updates when there is nothing new with any features to make life easier. I was happy to purchase a Pay As You Go call pack to enable international calling. However, the only way to add this pack appeared to be through the Vodafone app. Unfortunately, the app repeatedly displayed a message stating it was &#34;unavailable due to scheduled maintenance&#34;, preventing me from accessing my account or purchasing the required pack.\nI then attempted to use the Vodafone website as an alternative, however this also failed, returning a 403 error and preventing me from accessing my account or purchasing the required service.\nThe app then directed me to the &#34;Help &amp; Support&#34; section, which advertised a 24/7 helpline. However, when I attempted to call this number, I was unable to get through or receive any assistance.\nDuring a genuine medical emergency, this left me without any practical way to activate the service I was willing to pay for or contact Vodafone for support. We were effectively left without access to a critical communication service at a time when we urgently needed to speak with Australian medical professionals. This caused unnecessary stress and delayed our ability to obtain specialist medical advice.\nI would appreciate an explanation as to why there was no alternative method to purchase a roaming or call pack while both the app and website were inaccessible, and why the advertised 24/7 support service was unavailable. I also ask that Vodafone investigate this incident and review these processes to ensure customers travelling overseas are not left without support during
