So if you are traveling, you need to remember to carry a pointless piece of plastic just to access your bank, since the app never works. Absolutely ridiculous that I need TWO tools to access my online account (forcing me to have the app or a card reader simply to login and see my balance). If you try to do a bank transfer of more than €1k it fails and you need to call CS for them to “push it though.”\nI wanted to close my account and they told me the only way was to main a HAND written letter sent to the bank manager with all my personal data in it.
