The app was great I could order it in just the right time to put my kids to sleep then go pick it up without having to step away. The new app is very good and easy to use, but recently they removed 2 key options that without them don’t allow me to use the app. Making the wings and fries well done and selecting if I want all drums or all flats. I use both those options every time I order but recently those options are not there. I’m going to call my order in today, but without these options that removes the convince of the app and ability to quietly order and time it out. Unfortunately this might lead us to order from somewhere else moving forward. Everything works fine place the order and it says through a direct text that it’s was going to be delivered at 8:28pm… as you can see from the photo, at 9:09pm my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I call in to understand what happened and hopefully get my food, I’m first talking to a young man who out of nowhere transfer me to someone else which just decides to hang up after I explain my issue!! I call back again and she answers and starts laughing once she realizes it’s me again, she says she has no idea why it was cancelled and that for me to get a refund I would need to contact them through their website! I ask them to just make my order again and I would pick it up. I pick up my food take it home and would you believe it they were short a couple of wings and seemed like they gave the smallest wings possible not to mention the extremely salty fries. I have worked fast food and understand how annoying it can be but something like this should at least be treated kindly, I work long hours and having to deal with something like this just spoils it for everyone. Will definitely not be buying from here again, and if I were you save yourself the trouble of online ordering and go in
