However when I tried to access my second ticket a few days later, and then multiple other days, the app no longer works. I deleted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Restarted the phone, etc. I made sure I was updated to the most recent iOS. I even had a friend with a newer iphone try and they also couldn’t access the app to even try to login. \n\nHowever when I download the Ticketek UK app, the app works just fine for me! Of course that’s no help because I can’t login to my AU account through that app. \n\nI can’t interact with anything in the app and I have an app-only ticket to use on Feb 26 but there is no way for me to access the tickets when the app is not working for me.\n\nI then emailed Ticketek support about the problem and they told me to do what I’d already done and that I should just go to the box office. Initially I had major problems getting the app to work, but I have seen this before with other apps targeted at a country I am not presently in.  Once I set my vpn to Sydney it worked just fine. My only complaint was the limited detail around why my tickets were not available right after I bought them. Within a few days, however, they showed up. \n\nif you don’t have a VPN service, you really should for a variety of reasons.
