The design is fantastic and the varied uses exhaustive, along with other great features like the phonetic variants of NAmE and British pronunciations. I am still having trouble with downloading the dictionaries also. I am currently located in China and even with a VPN, I am having trouble downloading it. I thought it may have been a server issue due to my location, but I don’t think it may be that because I was able to download the dictionary for the Oxford Learner’s Dictionary for Academic English. I am currently a TEFL teacher and this dictionary has been of great use to me. It would be great to have it available for complete use ASAP when your team updates this so that there aren’t any troubles re-downloading the dictionaries.
