You can’t just go find the exercise and add it.\n\nYou have to stop the workout. Exit it. Go find the new routine. Add it to the specific, saved workout and then start the whole thing all over again. You can’t just drag and drop an exercise into a workout while you’re actually in the workout. That makes it unusually cumbersome and really limited for me personally.\n\nI also can’t get prior workout info without actually starting the workout, going to the exercise, checking history, then exit the workout. That’s clumsy. So I want to know what I was benching  2 weeks ago? Can’t do that. All it records is the last workout I did. \n\nSo now I use Apple Notes to track my workouts while I’m in progress. This iMuscles 2 app is now reduced to just being a wiki-type resource for finding a new exercise.
