They constantly lie to get profit. Today according to the map we had to wait for 3 minutes but the taxist called for some reason 2 times in a row and told us that it'll take longer. Me and my friend were cold but we waited patiently. The moment we got into taxi I asked to put counter but taxist said then we have to wait for another taxi. So I used yango instead and I didn't even have to ask for the counter it was already turned on. Last time I ised Gett before this my friend was very drunk and I had to take her home and I forgot to ask the taxist to put the counter so the moment we got home taxist made the price 0.1 shekel by card and asked me to send him money by Bit. Like what exactly is that? And one time before that I needed to get from the airport so I used gett and asked the taxist to turn on the counter. He ignored me but I didn't know he didn't put it on. The driver was exceeding speed limit the whole time. The moment I got home I got screamed at for asking price according to the counter because he told me that he drove really fast so according to the counter it would be less than it costs. It was late night and I was tired after the flight so I just paid him as he wanted. After that I explained the situation to the support and asked for the return of at least part of the sum I paid so they told me I needed to contact them at the moment I was in the taxi and not after I've already paid. This is absurd and humiliating. So 3 times in a row is finally enough to delete this application and never use it
