I like the idea of the new version of the app, and browsing the My News page works OK with Voice Over. However, there is no easy way to navigate between topics. Voice Over should allow me to navigate between headings, which have been used to indicate topics, but this does not always work reliably in apps, particularly when there is a lot of content on a given page. Voice Over often can't find the next heading. I know this is an  Apple issue, but unless it is fixed, we need an easier way to navigate between topics in the app, such as a list of topics we can just tap on, or a gesture to move focus between topics on the My News page. As three-finger up and down swipe gestures with Voice Over scroll the screen, and you will want to leave that default functionality in place, you could enable three finger left and right swipes to move between topics. Also, when \"flicking through the screen with Voice Over\" it now takes two \"flick\" gestures to move between each story as we now land on a link to the section each story is from, before moving onto the next story. I think it would be better if there was an accessibility settings screen with an option to  have the section name spoken automatically after the headline, with an option on the Voice Over actions rota to view the relevant section. How about a category for “old news” or “ Updates”\n\nTo help with all of this, it would be good if at the end of each item, both in picture format or detailed text, you add the date and time the item was first broadcast. You can also add an update date / time, but keep you first broadcast date / time as well. The layout is too big with too much white space and too many images. 2) The layout of individual articles on iPad in landscape doesn’t utilise the full width of the screen - instead the text is displayed in a horrible narrow single column in the middle of the screen, which is much more difficult to read. Please update the app to use the full screen width! 3) It’s difficult to find new topics in the ‘My News’ view. You have to know what to search for to find different topics. Instead there should be a list of topics which you can select without searching. How are we supposed to know what the topics are called without manually searching through each letter in the alphabet? 4) You no longer horizontally swipe to navigate between articles, instead you have to return to the main view each time. This slows down navigation. Please bring back swiping support. 5) Notifications are no longer customisable - either on or off. Give us options to control which notifications we want. 6) Views that open to a webpage rather than a built-in article view within the app do not honour the appearance of the device (e.g. dark mode or light mode) - this results in horrible white pages which are too bright when reading late at night.
