The first time I got the train by a minute thinking I had 20 spare. In planning my journey today it took me four goes to navigate the issue before I figure which one to choose. I had to set the times 30 mins in advance. And realised some station locations were actually busses. Yet it was allowing 30 mins for me to cross the train tracks. It’ll change certain bus stops’ directions if I have them on my favourites, giving me false hope that I have time to catch the next bus.. but then I realise it’s saying the ETA for the stop going the opposite way and I’ll discover I’ve got 20+ minutes to wait for the bus I was supposed to be catching. I also am struggling with the fact that the GPS location for buses and where they are in real time, doesn’t seem to be functional anymore. I’m putting 3 stars because, when the app is functional, it’s very handy, but at the time of writing this, it’s 2 stars tops for me as it’s not very user friendly at this point in time. I waited half and hour in the freezing cold for a bus; there was no bus shelter, only a timetable. I missed the previous bus by a few seconds (mind you this bus was almost 10 minutes  before scheduled) and the next bus ended up being 10 minutes late. The next day, I decided the leave the house later and catch the later bus and guess what… instead of coming 10 minutes late that bus came before schedule. The next bus to come after that was out of service, so another half an hour waiting for a bus the next day. I live in a really busy suburb as well; it’s not like I’m in a rural area.
