Cashback credit cards offer more stability and reliability without these extra fees.\n\nI’d rather stick with traditional cashback credit cards than rely on SAV Money’s ever-changing policies. The way to close an account is to submit a request which I’d assume it would take a day or two to get processed. My account still isn’t removed and ever since I submitted the request and I ended up receiving multiple calls asking to finish off my KYC process. First call I asked them to remove my details as I requested to close my account. After a few days I receive another call to finish off my KYC process and being friendly asking if I need any help finishing that off. I repeated my self saying I’ve requested to cancel and remove my account, the operator said ok they will do so - only to receive another call again asking if I am facing any issues with competing my KYC process and so on and still the account hasn’t been removed  or deleted as I did not receive a confirmation in the time of writing this review. By that time month was finished so I lost my cash back!\n\nThey exclude transactions even if it says general trading/ online shopping without any strong category exclusion, it’s just very random. If you are lucky, you will get some cashback or else they will find out some nonsense reason not to give cash back and will try to explain you! \n\nGuy says general trading purchase is not considered as a purchase and cash back is not given AS SIMPLE AS THAT! 🤣 seriously! \n\nSomeday they will take away all money from wallet which we have topped up and they will say it belongs to Sav AS SIMPLE AS THAT so be careful!\n\nCustomer support is WORST THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE!
