De plus, grâce à cette application, vous avez également accès à vos prescriptions de médicaments disponibles en tout temps, tant pour vous et vos enfants, le cas échéant, que pour les personnes pour lesquelles vous avez un mandat de soins.
Réservez vos médicaments prescrits auprès du pharmacien de votre choix ou récupérez-les simplement auprès de votre pharmacien en montrant les codes-barres de vos prescriptions dans l’application. Vous pouvez également lire la notice de vos médicaments à l’avance!
Vous avez beaucoup de prescriptions? Dans 'Mes médicaments', vous pouvez sélectionner les prescriptions avec les médicaments que vous souhaitez récupérer lors de votre prochaine visite en pharmacie.
'Mes médicaments' vous permet aussi de gérer quelles prescriptions le pharmacien peut voir.
Vous pouvez vérifier quel mandat vous avez pour gérer les prescriptions de médicaments et les schémas de médication des autres, ainsi que celle que vous avez accordée à d'autres pour la vôtre.
'Mes médicaments' utilise une connexion avec Itsme® pour récupérer votre schéma de médication et vos prescriptions en fonction de votre numéro de registre national.
