A big improvement since 2020, however, this app is way behind. Trying always to catch up with online banking industry NBE is still behind it’s other main competitor in Egyptian market. NBE App is extremely slow to open. No text notification to registered mobile upon login. Only when password is changed or ATM transactions &amp; other App transactions. Back button takes you to Home Screen even if in the middle of specific transactions. Bank End of day transactions many times don’t allow processing. Instead of saving the request in a pending state until processing afterwards. After staying idle, you are being signed out but all screens are still available which is a major security concern. I can still go on for other features but faster loading &amp; saving work would be a major improvement to start with. Every time I try to use it, I face a different issue. When I attempted to transfer money, the app asked me to update my data, but then informed me that I must visit a branch in Egypt to do so. I live outside the country, so this makes the mobile app completely useless.\n\nNow the app doesn’t even work properly and keeps showing “Operation Failed.” My account has been in negative balance for years because I cannot manage anything through the app. There is no real solution or proper support.\n\nFor a major bank, this level of digital banking service is unacceptable.
