With cash on delivery they were charging 10rs extra, so I clicked on pay online. As soon as it redirected me to google pay, it still added 10 extra, although i am paying online. So i cancelled the transaction, but when I redirected my order was still placed with extra charges. So i went ahead thinking who'll fight for 10rs, however i was feeling bad because i was already paying 22rs for handling and GST. When my order was delivered it didn't had all the products and some were missing and when i raised the chat no one connected me for 30 mins straight and when i kept my phone for 5 mins, someone named Shama came and closed the chat with prompts. I had to return the product and they gave zepto cash!!! I didn't wanted to waste 100 in total coz i was not planning to use it future. So i placed a new order and again they did the same, they showed some different amount and then different amount in gpay and then if someone wants to cancel you cant do that coz its now placed. Beware, these guys will show 0 for delivery 0 for surge but when you click on (i) then you'll see 19+2 added as handling and gst charges. I wasted 400+ in single day but you should not. Use swiggy they are also good. I had installed the app and it was told to me that I will get the cashback from zepto. But they showed me that i have received 75 rupees for my first order in zepto wallet but it is totally fake and also suggest everyone to not use any zepto wallet it is totally a fraud. So when I received 75 rupees cashback for installing the app. I had added some amount to zepto wallet to pay together with the cashback. After which I was unable to use the zepto wallet itself. I tried to order and there was no zepto wallet option. And when I contacted customer support they told me to first make one delivered order means I have to place first order from my account after which I will be able to use the zepto wallet my money and also the cashback will be gone which was given by zepto. So I had to place the order with all the items which had high prices in zepto app totally fraud. Then it tried to place second order after that also I was unable to use my own money which was added in zepto wallet and shocking thing was they told again the same to do some delivered order means i have to place again and again the delivered orders in double rates and from my own money for getting my own money which was added in zepto wallet. Had a very bad experience by zepto Nashik. I literally suggested app to 7-8 peoples. But now i have asked them to deactivate concerning their safety. The delivery boys zepto hired in Nashik are worst. They even refused to come to home to deliver. Left the parcel at gate saying that take it if you want otherwise leave it. Had one incident yesterday. Zepto delivery boy called me saying that come at the gate to collect your parcel i am not coming up. I told him that i am not coming. I have mentioned my flat number in the order please come up. He came and start abusing saying that you people dont even cooperate. I said i have paid the delivery fees and handling charges on the app. He started abusing me and my family . I said i will file complaint on the app. He threatened me by saying i just joined zepto i used to be a goon, i dont have a problem if they fired me, but i will see you, I know where you live now i will come again and he took a parcel as well. After this i filed complaint on the app . They said we cant refund you as its showing parcel is delivered. But we will investigate. THATS IT. They ended the chat after this . I asked one question in app. That what should i do if he come again. There response was sorry the matter is under investigation we cant do everything right now we are ending the chat. Wowww even AI dont give such pathetic response. I have deactivated my account. And asking my referrals to do so.
