The banning system is rotten I wont recommend this game to anyone the developers dont have a basis of banning accounts the ones you should be banning are bots and pc users as playing in pc allows u to use multiple accounts a t the same time . Whats the point of the game asking what would you like to use to login if that would be the reason for you to be banning a player . You do not know how hard I played the game just so I wont be bullied in pvp room and mining area and yet you banned my account without putting things to consider . Ive seen a lot of people being banned for the same reason . Your customer service does not even respon . I need you to fix my account and then it would be a better. Experience . At first I was skeptical, and wasn’t sure if I’ll enjoy this game..but I did..however, for the past month since I’ve started playing - gameplay starts to deteriorate for me. Even with the latest development and patch, there’s still no guarantee that bots used for mining and questing will be banned for good. Eventually they’ll catch up and update their bots to continue their cheating ways. If this will continue then this game might be a breeding ground for cheaters and new players will be discouraged to even move on pass the initial stages of the game. PK also looks like the best way to prevent others from progressing which is so frustrating, especially for people who have just started the game. Players with higher combat power loves to farm with low level players as they can take advantage of their weakness - practically promotes bullying in my opinion.\nAnyway, I really hope the developers
