Every time I ring to retrieve my pin number it tells me that there is an error and that they will forward me to one of the customer service agents. I have only received two emails total this entire time, despite contacting them through every available way,(email, in an an post building,online, phone)and both just tell me to ring the exact same number I have been dialling the whole time. The fault is clearly on their side.\n\nAt the same time they have taken €40 from my account. I do not spend any money because I don’t have a pin number so I don’t know where this money has gone.
