Overwhelmed, I think that person is very much and forgot about it. Then I see something come in and they declined it, and then another account with the same exact name, debit the amount, five minutes later and had opened a different window or way of debiting my account. Furious I my card and they tell me at this point I can’t do anything because it’s a pending transaction even though they had told me on the call a month prior it would never happen again, that I would have to wait till it was done being pending, and the transaction was final. to say, I’m having trouble with this card carrier not taking responsible action and letting this happen. Also, these people I hope I’m using the right word! Continue with their business practices of debiting and account where the subscription has been canceled twice and customer support verified once and here. I am out 100 bucks later, and more than likely they will try it again. Ladies gentlemen, beware. This is the never ending problem unless you happen to be in the business and need car report every month. To all others who are looking just to get a good vehicle that hasn’t been trashed in put back on the market. Stay away from this site.
