I wish that it let me save a list of favorites for faster shopping (like their website) and link to my rewards card for Vitality discounts, etc. My biggest gripe is that I can’t seem to see or respond to shopper messages while the order is “current”, only once it’s “complete”. I receive a pop up/notification with a preview of the message from the shopper (I.e. “hi, sorry we’re out of…..”), but when I click on the pop up it just takes me to a view of my order and the message is no where to be found. This means that I’m in the dark about what might be missing from my order and there isn’t an opportunity to request an alternative. Both of which are frustrating. Completed orders, however, have a function that opens a chat box and lets you see the old message from the shopper. The help function is way too slow as you need someone to assist in real time while you are experiencing the issue rather than someone picking up the ticket an hour later. The time between “shopping completed” and “out for delivery” is also too much… makes me prefer to rather drive to the closest Woolies and do the shopping myself as that would go quicker and with much less hassle.\n\nUpdate in July - now the app does not allow me to enter my address? Don’t know how Woolies plans to operate a delivery app without the user being able to provide a delivery address?
