They seem to disapprove medical expenses that are clearly listed on statements on a whim. I’ve never had to prove what I’m doing with my own money for medical expenses so much of my 26 year career with my employer. My chiropractor they approve quickly and with no problem and that goes for the HSA web store that’s out there. Anything to do with a big hospital, that clearly has the hospitals letterhead on it. I end up having to go back and prove every single time. These are just not worth having plan C….
