Last time I assumed I just hadn’t spent enough money to win. I’ve already spent $40 for this event alone - this is in addition to the $150+ I’ve spent in the last 2 weeks. The event lasts 3 days in total (during the holidays). Despite buying bonuses for the event and completing the tasks - I still have not unlocked the tier with the Jackpot on it. Furthermore if you do unlock the Jackpot tier- there is a 0.4% chance that you will win the desired item. \n\nThis event is one of multiple ongoing events that require money to win rewards. It’s honestly ridiculously heartbreaking that after spending so much money on a virtual product you still cannot obtain it. God forbid people want to use their money on things like gifts for their loved ones and on a game they enjoy. I saw it advertised on other games I played and thought ok let’s give it a try and fight some zombies. At first it shows and tells you how to play. Fight zombies and build an army to fight stronger ones. Also, build up your sanctuary along with it. Then it introduces alliances (red flag). Then it assigns you a task of attacking another sanctuary (double red flag) I should have stopped but didn’t. Now it’s about building with an alliance to pretty much attack other alliances. Why, why, why! Here’s my annoyance: why are you advertising to destroy zombies, when it’s really about stealing and trying to destroy other alliances. I’ve spent wwaaaayyyy more money, time, and effort just not to be attacked when my shield expires. Why do have have to spend money for a shield because I am constantly being attacked by other people. I would like to just fight zombies but I’m forced to engage in combat that I don’t want to do. I just wanted to to play a game where I didn’t have to spend lots of money to survive other people trying to destroy what I have been building. I will spend no more. I was attacked twice by the same person a day apart and it takes time and money, not to get attacked again while repairing what was stolen and destroyed. At this point it is no longer fun and just a money pit. First time I’ve ever spent money on a game usually 1-5$ a day one time more. They had a special event going it stated “ During the event every 100 diamonds obtained via purchasing boxes grants 1 lucky coin.” I wanted to use the lucky coins so I went and bought a box that had 3000 diamonds, thinking it would get 30 coins. This would be 2-3 prizes at most or just one if it’s your 4th attempt which it was and they’re not even great prizes. So I buy the box, thinking I’m going to get 30 coins and it only gives me 2 coins... I contact customer service and tell them I didn’t get all 30 coins it only gave me 2 coins. They tell me that’s just how it is if I want more coins buy more bigger higher boxes. It’s 20 coins to get the prize what am I supposed to do with 2 coins and why are you arguing over fake stuff? I’m willing to give you real money for fake stuff and you’re seriously going to be like haha gotcha’ you can’t have all you’re stuff unless you pay more real money for the rest of your fake stuff we’re offering. Why argue over fake stuff I paid for ? Needless to say I’m never spending a dime on this or any game ever again what a mistake! Customer service just basically says haha go buy more and doesn’t care.
