So your money if you are in hospital or dead then no way your loved ones can access your money unless they spend money on lawyers and courts. Seems that basic features available at all other banks is something Chase thought is not needed. Also they can decline your money transfer out if Chase on basis of security, so any scheduled payments out of the account can be declined this means you risk leaving your money in Chase account as your family may not be able to access your money in case you are dead or in hospital. Seems like a pretty big items chase has missed here. Cannot access bank account from the web browser.  Only way to access your account is via the app and cannot install and log into app on multiple device.
