How is it new technology is the app is 4 years old. I have record of the purchase on August 5th. The ticket was not sent to my email, website account is different from app account so no record of it. I have emailed them and have been waiting for a copy of my ticket for the past three days. My train is at 4:50am tomorrow  and it is 11:00pm. Still no response. I refuse to buy a new ticket. This is ridiculous. My train ride is over 8 hours long there is no way there will be seats available now. There was only a few left when I booked it on August 5th.
