Clearly they are bot working on it as this is a reoccurring problem that is happening mainly to iPhone users. This is discrimination, a lack of support, and more. When you call the call center, the humans act and react to you as if they are robots or reading off a script. They provide no support. I have contacted the support team more than i can count on my hands, and every time they have provided no solution and nothing has ever changed. Eventually, I was asked to speak with the on-site supervisor.\n\nBy this point, I had already waited nearly an hour. The supervisor then informed customer service that this coupon issue had been ongoing for the past three days, which only added to the frustration. I was then advised to return the next day to try again.\n\nI explained that my coupon was set to expire that day, and expressed my concern that despite staff awareness of the ongoing issue, I was made to wait unnecessarily without any clear resolution.\n\nThis experience was highly disappointing and a poor reflection of customer service. I’ve been consistently using ENOC Prowash mainly due to the 4+1 car wash promotion through Yes Rewards. Without this benefit, I would likely choose other service providers with more reliable systems and faster service.\n\nThey could have provide the service in digitally credit it once their system is back and not ask me to leave and just come back the next day, wait for the queue and waste my time and petrol again.\n\nI have called again yesterday since I did not hear anything from Yes, so the customer service just said “so you want to get a free car wash?”.
