Following their instructions, I initiated the recall process. After 15 days, on Tuesday, December 18, 2024, the recall amount was credited back to my account, but only OMR 18 was returned. The remaining OMR 15 and the OMR 5 transaction fee were lost. I attempted to resolve the issue through the bank&#39;s chat support, but there was no response from their side.
