Malak explained that each restaurant has its own rest day, but I couldn’t help but feel that this information should have been more easily accessible when browsing through the options on the app.\n\nOverall, my experience with HAAT Delivery left me frustrated and inconvenienced. The lack of clear information and communication about the restaurant’s operating hours, coupled with the fact that I had to cancel my order, is disappointing. There is no way to contact your courier who is wandering around can’t find your address, no chat or call.. i just watch him going back and forth in my neighborhood until he sees me waving for him. \n2. Customer service, they do not really care to compensate you, i had issues like getting the wrong toppings on pizza, getting a very small portion of a meal, customer service just says sorry and does not compensate (or gives me the price of the topping!!! Forgetting that it changes the pizza flavor).. which causes the restaurants to put less emphasis on HAAT orders being good. \nI can honestly say that when i order from the same restaurant the same meal using Wolt the food arrives in better shape, size and taste than with HAAT.. i think it’s because Wolt holds restaurants responsible when clients argue about food quality while HAAT just say
