I tried to update my phone number in the app. It didn’t update it after the confirmation. I used the app in the store. I received a notification that I got 38 credit, but after opening the app, the credits are 0. The receipt  isn’t in the app either. Since the automated cashier doesn’t print it, it’s then impossible to check it. Also, in the app there’s a non working option to have your receipts printed: when you tap it, it just switches back to no print 😂 I tried to send feedback within the app, but guess what? There’s no confirmation after tapping the send button. Just nothing happens, your feedback stays there for you… Ah, and the new feature Leták doesn’t show any leaflet for my selected store. Overall the user experience is terrible and as a result I will not be visiting Albert stores if there’s a choice.
