MY FIRST ISSUE is that my premium statements are not made available on the app because they are paid through direct debit. It does not make sense that I do not have access to a digital record of the statements, and that I would only be able to access them if I also ask for a paper copy. MY SECOND ISSUE is that I cannot track which benefit statements have already been paid. It only shows me the amount due, but it does not show in any way which payments have already been completed and which ones are still pending. I am trying to minimize waste by going digital, but it doesn&#39;t make sense if I can&#39;t access my records!
